In univariate analyses, age (P=0.047), gender (P=0.011), smoking (P=0.034), pathological type (P ≤ 0.001), stage (P=0.041), differentiation (P=0.004), tumor location (P=0.006), CEA (P ≤ 0.001), RDW-SD (P ≤ 0.001), LDH (P=0.034), and NLR (P ≤ 0.001) were all associated with OS in stage I NSCLC.
