The hypercalcemia GWAS produced a suggestive association (P = 6.81 × 10−7 in LMM, P = 3.05 × 10−7 in FarmCPU) on chromosome C1, located in the gene PAFAH2 (Platelet Activating Factor Acetylhydrolase 2) and within LD of the gene STMN1 (Stathmin 1) (Figure 4B). This evidence concerns the gene STMN1 and Hypercalcemia.
