TP53 and extranodal nasal NK/T cell lymphoma: The molecular mechanism underlying this phenomenon is unclear, one possibility is that kayadiol expert anti-cancer effect on NKTCL cells through p53, and TP53 mutation was reported in 20%–60% of NKTCL cases, which might make the cancerous NK or T cells more sensitive to kayadiol than healthy lymphocytes [26–28].
