To confirm the human relevance, CPSF6 expression was increased in breast cancer tissue (Fig. S24A; all subtypes), significantly correlated with ALYREF expression levels in breast cancer cell lines (Fig. S24B) as well as in breast cancer tissue samples (Fig. S24C), with the highest expression levels as well as strongest correlation in TNBC subtype (Fig. 5E–G, Table S4). The gene discussed is CPSF6; the disease is breast carcinoma.
