CD4 and neoplasm: We found that high CXCR4 expression tumor tissues harbored a higher level of naive B-cells (P < 0.01), naive CD4+ T cells (P < 0.01), resting memory CD4+ T cells (P < 0.05), and regulatory T cells (Tregs) (P < 0.05), while low CXCR4 expression group harbored a higher level of CD8+ T cells (P < 0.05), macrophage 1 (P < 0.001), macrophage 2 (P < 0.01), and resting dendritic cells (P < 0.05) than high expression ones (Figure 3(a)).
