Differentially expressed mRNAs between WT-PCP mice and BAFF-R–/–PCP mice were analyzed, and the KEGG pathway results showed that the DEGs were primarily enriched in the Epstein–Barr virus infection, chemokine signaling pathway, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, NF-kappa B signaling pathway, cytokine–cytokine receptor interaction, complement and coagulation cascades, B-cell receptor signaling pathway, etc (Figure 4A). This evidence concerns the gene TNFRSF13C and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
