According to the histopathological expression level of hormone receptors and Her2 gene amplification, breast cancer has been classified into three main molecular subtypes: luminal, Her2 enrichment, and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) (2), among which TNBC is characterized by poor prognosis and lack of effective therapeutic agents owing to the absence of target biomarkers (3).
