We calculated the proportion of immune cells in patients with three types of by CIBERSORT concomitantly, and found that the proportion of T-cells that were CD4 naive in patients with specific pulmonary fibrosis and rheumatoid arthritis was significantly different, while the number of T-cells gamma delta in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus was significantly different. The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is rheumatoid arthritis.
