In this network, PFKFB4, HMGN5, FGFR1, BCL2, JAK3, LOX, ITGA5, miR-296, and miR-145 have been demonstrated to associate with HIF1A (Minchenko et al., 2004; Preusser et al., 2014; Sun et al., 2018; Zhao et al., 2018; Gentile et al., 2019; Xu et al., 2019; Saatci et al., 2020; Li and Li, 2022), these molecules are closely related to inflammation, tumor metastasis, apoptosis, and drug resistance; however, the mechanism of action whereby these regulatory factors act on the HCC remains to be elucidated.
