These peripheral blood samples showed mutations in genes typically seen in myeloid neoplasms including: DNMT3A (9%), FLT3 (5%), TP53 (9%), NPM1 (4%), IDH1/2 (4%), ASXL1 (4%), KRAS/NRAS (6%), U2AF1 (4%) and others. Here, ASXL1 is linked to myeloid neoplasm.
