Testis-specific Y-encoded protein (TSPY)–like protein 5 (TSPYL5) is a member of the TSPY-like protein family, which has been previously reported to interact with ubiquitin-specific protease USP7 and regulate cell proliferation and is thus implicated in various cancers, but its interaction with chromatin has not been investigated. This evidence concerns the gene TSPYL5 and cancer.
