The expression of CDKN2A, CDKN2B, CDKN2C, and CDKN2D was positively correlated with the T stage (Figure 3A), and the expression of CDKN2A, CDKN2B, and CDKN2C was positively correlated with the pathological stage (Figure 3B), indicating that patients with more advanced cancer tended to express higher mRNA levels of INK4. This evidence concerns the gene CDKN2A and cancer.
