CDKN2D and hepatocellular carcinoma: Along with CDKN2A, other INK4 family members, CDKN2B, CDKN2C, and CDKN2D, also showed a good ability to distinguish tumor from normal tissue, particularly CDKN2C, suggesting that they can be used as biomarkers for the screening, diagnosis, and prognosis prediction of HCC.
