FAT4 and neoplasm: Besides, our study found that FAT4 is active in lymph node metastasis and proliferation in clinical LUAD samples, and FAT4 inhibits the proliferation and metastasis of NSCLC in vitro, which is consistent with the KEGG gene enrichment study, which revealed that FAT4 is joined in the modulation of cell cycle and DNA replication, all of which are linked to tumor proliferation.
