RAB27A and ischemia: Interestingly, tMCAO did not significantly increase the level of EXs in peri‐infarct area of Rab27a−/− mice as measured by super‐resolution microscopy (Figure 2F: T = 1.96, pRab27a−/− vs WT = 0.058) and NTA methods (Figure 2G: T = 1.73, pRab27a−/− vs WT = 0.092), suggesting that ischemia‐induced brain EXs increase depends on the Rab27a pathway.
