By analyzing the correlation between NRF2 protein levels and clinical data of PCa patients, we revealed higher total, nuclear, and cytoplasm protein levels of NRF2 correlated to longer biochemical recurrence-free (BCR-free) survival time and lower protein levels of NRF2 correlated to shorter BCR-free survival time, which was consistent with TCGA data analysis (Figures 3(a)–3(d)). The gene discussed is BCR; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
