It was found that CXCL1 was a direct target of miR-302e on cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and apoptosis in colorectal cancer, and the mechanism was correlated with CXCL1 expression regulated by miR-302e and the inactivation of the JAK-STAT signaling pathway (Chen et al., 2020). Here, CXCL1 is linked to colorectal cancer.
