CXCL9 and cancer: The experiments of Peng et al. shown that EZH2-mediated H3K27me3 and DNMT1-mediated DNA methylation suppressed tumors and produced T helper 1 (TH1)-type chemokines CXCL9 and CXCL10, which could partially alter the T-cell landscape in cancer and may improve the clinical efficacy of cancer therapy (Peng et al., 2015b).
