Yang et al. (2019) used RT-qPCR to find significantly higher TEP TIMP1 mRNA in colorectal cancer patients than in healthy individuals and in patients with ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease. Yao et al. (2019) found that the expression of TEP TPM3 mRNA is significantly increased in BrCa patients, by using an RT-qPCR assay. Xing et al. (2019) proved that TEP ITGA2B mRNA expression is higher in NSCLC patients than in healthy individuals and in patients with benign lung nodules, by using RT-qPCR. Here, ITGA2B is linked to Crohn disease.
