Dr. Anthony Tolcher reported the preliminary findings from the Phase I study of NC318, which were that among the 49 patients with a variety of tumor types, containing non-small-cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC), NC318 was safe and well tolerated, and primary adverse reactions, including diarrhea and elevated levels of asymptomatic amylase and lipase, occurred mainly in cases showing decreased PD-L1 levels [18]. The gene discussed is CD274; the disease is neoplasm.
