ROC curve analysis showed that urine CXCL14 achieved an AUC of 0.6476 (95% confidence interval [CI], 0.5934–0.7091) at a cutoff point of 564.8 pg/ml for diagnosis of lung cancer, with 50.0% sensitivity and 78.69% specificity (Figure 3B). Here, CXCL14 is linked to lung carcinoma.
