After completing the treatment, FA mice treated with PBS showed FA clinical symptoms (diarrhea and core temperature drop) (Figures 6(a) and 6(b)), increasing serum-specific IgE levels (Figure 6(c)), elevated Th2 cytokines (Figures 6(d)–6(f)), mast cell protease-1 (MCP1), eotaxin, and eosinophilic mediator EPO (eosinophil peroxidase) (Figures 6(g) and 6(h) and Figure S8) in gut lavage fluids (GLF).
