Our mechanistic analysis further revealed that circFBXO7 acts as a competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) of miR-96-5p to regulate the expression of MTSS I-BAR domain containing 1 (MTSS1) and then inhibit the activity of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathways, thereby suppressing the progression of ovarian cancer. The gene discussed is MTSS1; the disease is ovarian carcinoma.
