CAMK2G and type 2 diabetes mellitus: In our study, the CaMKII pathway-associated CaMK2G PPP1CA screened by bioinformatics analysis had low activation energy with the active ingredient of Empagliflozin, suggesting that the active ingredient of Empagliflozin is likely to modify the activity of the CaMKII pathway by binding to CaMK2G PPP1CA and thus exert its effect on type 2 diabetes and acute cardiovascular events.
