A total of six miRNA orthologs – MIR21, MIR30E, MIR106B, MIR10B, MIR200A, and MIR200B were identified as differentially expressed orthologs among mammary tumor cell lines, lymphoid tumor cell lines, and normal epithelial cell cultures (importance ≥10 and p≤0.01) (Figure-2). This evidence concerns the gene MIR10B and breast cancer.
