RUNX1 and cancer: In line with previous study, a large number of cancer cell related TFs, e.g., SMARCC1, GTF3A, MYBL2, SUB1, and NCOR1 etc., contributing to maintaining cancer cell proliferation; whereas TFs like CREB3L2, CEBPB, RUNX1 etc., playing important roles in EVT differentiation, were enriched in specific EVT subpopulations in the present study35,44,46–49.
