In conclusion, we demonstrated through this research that G3BP2 was expressed obviously high in osteosarcoma cells, and FGA5-AS1 accelerated osteosarcoma cell proliferation and invasion by functioning as a ceRNA to sponge miR-124-3p to up-regulate G3BP2 expression, which might supply a new therapeutic target for osteosarcoma treatment. This evidence concerns the gene G3BP2 and osteosarcoma.
