Compared with this group, “low frequency of IFN‐γ producing cells and high IL‐6 level” and “low frequency of IFN‐γ producing cells and high IL‐10 level” groups showed a dramatically increase of RCC risk with ORs of 3.78 (95% CI: 1.25–11.41; p = .018) and 4.51 (95% CI: 1.51–13.51; p = .007), respectively (Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene IL10 and renal cell carcinoma.
