CD8A and neoplasm: cDC1 are the major source of CD8+ T cell chemoattractants CXCL9 and CXCL10; these chemokines drive T cell recruitment and anti-tumor immunity (Spranger et al. 2017; de Mingo Pulido et al. 2018) as well as suppress angiogenesis by secretion of anti-angiogenic factor such as IL-12 and IL-18 (Curiel et al. 2004a; Piqueras et al. 2006).
