To date, the clinical application that has determined the success of CAR T cells has been conducted mainly targeting the CD19 and CD22 molecules in B cell-Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL) and B cell lymphoma (9–12) and against B-Cell Maturation Antigen (BCMA) for multiple myeloma (13, 14).
