Immunotherapy for PCa, such as programmed death-1 (PD-1), programmed death ligand-1 (PD-L1), and cytotoxic T lymphocyte–associated antigen 4 (CTLA4) inhibitors, has achieved good results in antitumor tumor effects and become an active field of investigation in the recent 5 years (7, 8). The gene discussed is CTLA4; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
