The dual-targeting CAR-T cells which could recognize two distinct target antigens have been demonstrated to reduce the risk of antigen-negative relapse, such as the bispecific CAR-T cells in B cell lymphoma/leukemia and the APRIL-based CAR-T cells targeting both BCMA and TACI in MM (86, 176–180). The gene discussed is TNFRSF17; the disease is Miyoshi myopathy.
