The results showed that the serum levels of IL-2, IL-10, IL-6 and IFN-γ in Ca2+ L SLE patients were significantly higher than that in Ca2+ N SLE patients and healthy people, while the serum levels of IL-4 and TNF-α were similar to that in healthy people, but higher than that in Ca2+ N SLE patients. The gene discussed is TNF; the disease is systemic lupus erythematosus.
