The results showed that in the lymphocyte subsets of the SLE patients, the number of CD8+ T cells in the second time was significantly higher than that in the first time, but the percentage did not change, and there was little difference between the two detection results of other lymphocytes such as CD4+ T cells, CD19+ B cells and CD16+CD56+ NK cells (Figure 3B).
