According to the TCGA data, TP53 is the gene with the highest mutation rate in OSCC, so we looked into the relationship between TP53 mutations and gene expression levels in this tumor (Figures 9(c)–9(h)), determining that the TP53 mutation group has a higher level of TERF2IP (Figure 9(f)) and TERF2 (Figure 9(h)) expression. The gene discussed is TERF2IP; the disease is neoplasm.
