In addition, correlation coefficients with these key genes and vital osteoporosis-associated factors including RUNX2, CALCA, and BMP2 were presented to be a trend of correlation with osteoporosis (Figures 4(c)–4(e)); complementally, these correlations coefficients were not significant, caused by insufficient sample size, the presence of missing values, and the existence of outliers.
