Many studies have pointed out that the levels of superoxide dismutase, interleukin-2, and tumor necrosis factor are significantly elevated in patients with severe OSAHS, analyzing that OSAHS leads to a disturbance in the immune imbalance of the organism [25], and the present study suggests that this may also be related to the development of OSAHS, and further in-depth study of the mechanism is needed.
