Sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy in blood mononuclear cells and cardiac tissue cells is stimulated by serum levels of biomarkers (hsa-miR-23a-3p, hsa-miR-317, and hsa-miR-23b-3), which alter neurovascular-related HDAC7/ACTN4 signaling pathways linked to the NF-κB pathway. Here, NFKB1 is linked to cardiomyopathy.
