Compared with the 6% rate of adult GBM (11)and the 14-29% rate of pediatric high grade glioma (12), the observed rate of ATRX mutation in our study was 42.1% and 24.3% in the H3K27M mutated gliomas and the H3K27M wild-type gliomas, respectively. Here, ATRX is linked to central nervous system cancer.
