Furthermore, correlation analysis revealed a positive connection between PD-L2 and CD68 (r = 0.59, P 0.05) in glioma specimens (Figure 6B), which was comparable with the results of correlation analysis in the TCGA and CGGA cohorts (Figures 6C, D). Taken together, our findings confirmed the positive correlation between PD-L2 levels and the abundance of macrophage infiltration in LGGs.
