Further immunofluorescence results revealed that the coexpression of TOPK/NF-κB p65 and TOPK/p-IκBα increased in cSCC cancer tissues; then, HDAC1 and NF-κB p65 activation-related proteins decreased in cSCC cells with knocking down TOPK, while overexpression of TOPK showed opposite effects. This evidence concerns the gene HDAC1 and skin squamous cell carcinoma.
