Notably, GO enrichment analysis showed that the 102 overlaps between Nar and diabetic angiopathies were particularly related to the regulation of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase signaling, including phosphatidylinositol-3-phosphate biosynthetic process and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase activity (Figures 6C,D). Here, CPSF4 is linked to diabetic peripheral angiopathy.
