KEGG analysis showed that the signaling pathways involved in Shema against COPD were mainly associated with cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction, focal adhesion, Ras, TNF, MAPK, PI3K-Akt, JAK-STAT, T cell receptor, Toll-like receptor, and Fc epsilon RI signaling pathways (Figure 1D). This evidence concerns the gene TNF and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
