In the mRNA_array_301 dataset, patients with high FANCD2 conferred a poor OS in primary glioma of all WHO grades (HR > 1, p < 0.0001), recurrent glioma of all WHO grades (HR > 1, p = 0.0016), primary glioma of WHO grade III (HR > 1, p = 0.00025), and recurrent glioma of WHO grade III (HR > 1, p = 0.01) (Figure 2A).
