CXCR4 and allergic disease: On the other hand, we identified three novel loci (rs74052928 G>C at 1p36, MIIP, p=3.0×10−8; rs575879774 G>GA at 2q21, CXCR4, p=8.4×10−9 and rs7773622 C>T at 6q21, SCML4, p=2.8×10−8) and two independent novel association signals within the previously reported loci (rs1800440 T>C at 2p22, CYP1B1, p=3.6×10−9; rs115257668 A>G at 2q33, ICOS, p=1.2×10−8) in the UKB meta-analysis of the allergic diseases (table 1).
