The presence of bone metastasis was associated with an increased risk of death either in the univariate model (HR: 1.46, 95% CI, 1.05–2.03, p = 0.024) or in the multivariate models adjusting for age, histology, number of metastatic sites, line of treatment, PD-L1 expression, brain and liver sites of metastasis (HR: 1.61, 95% CI, 1.10–2.36, p = 0.015). This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and bone metastasis.
