To further explore the in vivo click chemistry technique, we applied it to questions of glioblastoma (GBM) drug delivery, and particularly the cellular localization of an IL‐12 inducer.[31, 32] The latter consisted of a 38 nm cross‐linked cyclodextrin nanoparticle (CDNP) that can be loaded with a cIAP inhibitor capable of inhibiting the non‐canonical NFkB pathway. The gene discussed is NFKB1; the disease is glioblastoma.
