The bioinformatics study of the GSE167028 and GSE150392 datasets identified 6 critical genes (CDK1, KIF20A, PBK, KIF2C, CDC20, UBE2C) involved in COVID-19 Myocarditis and explored the biological processes between COVID-19 and myocarditis, confirming previous studies and providing some insights into the pathogenesis of COVID-19 Myocarditis, demonstrating that SARS-CoV-2 contributes to myocarditis through pathophysiological processes such as cell cycle and the ubiquitin-protein hydrolysis. The gene discussed is CDK1; the disease is COVID-19.
