CDKN2A and cervical carcinoma: In this retrospective study, we evaluated the significance of p16/ki-67 dual-staining in cervical cancer screening and the value of triple detection (p16/ki-67 dual-staining combined with LBC and HPV testing) in improving the specificity of CIN2+ diagnosis and reducing the missed diagnosis of CIN2+ lesions by comparing the coincidence of three examinations, including LBC, HPV testing and p16/ki-67 dual-staining, with histological diagnosis.
