These findings indicated that miR-124-3p and ANGPTL2 were significantly abnormally expressed in the serum of PCOS patients, and the combination of miR-124-3p and ANGPTL2 had higher AUC, specificity, and sensitivity than the individual diagnostic value of miR-124-3p or ANGPTL2 for obese/nonobese PCOS. This evidence concerns the gene ANGPTL2 and polycystic ovary syndrome.
