Similarly, the BMI, the Ferriman–Gallwey score, HOMA-IR, FINS, T, FSH, LH/FSH, TNF-α, and IL-6 levels in the PCOS-nonobese group were remarkably different from those in the control-nonobese group (all P < 0.05), while there were no significant differences in regard to age, TC, TG, FBG, E2, PRL, and LH (all P < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene BRD2 and polycystic ovary syndrome.
