MKI67 and herpes simplex infectious disease: Among the VSCC cases, 16 (76.2%) had concurrent HSIL, 19 (90.5%) had a high Ki-67 index (30% or more), one (4.8%) was positive for p53, one (4.8%) had vascular invasion, and one (4.8%) had concurrent herpes simplex viral cytopathic effects.
