Based on recent pieces of work it is reported that Brd4 inhibitors prompt settlement in terms of Brd4 protein accumulation during several types of cancers such as lung and prostate cancer and Burkitt's lymphoma due to unimpacted c-Myc retardation, tuned apoptotic initiation, and antiproliferative processes,211,212 although Brd4 inhibitors have shown their auspicious capabilities in numerous C-Myc-driven malignancies.
