The genes with the most increased expression 24 h after infection were serum amyloid A3 (SAA3) (1.95) and the gene encoding glycine decarboxylase (GLDC) (1.83); the gene encoding the scavenger receptor A5 (SCARA5) (−1.35) was characterized as having the most decreased expression 24 h after infection.
